Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing the BingeCall Chrome extension or using the BingeCall website ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

BingeCall provides a Chrome browser extension that enables synchronized video playback across multiple users watching the same streaming content, along with group chat and video calling features. The Service requires users to have independent subscriptions to the streaming platforms they wish to watch.

3. User Accounts

You may use BingeCall without an account as a guest. Creating an account allows you to access Premium features and sync your preferences across devices. You are responsible for:

• ·Providing accurate account information
• ·Keeping your credentials secure
• ·All activity that occurs under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use BingeCall to:

• ·Share or stream content that you do not have the right to share
• ·Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• ·Attempt to circumvent or reverse-engineer the Service
• ·Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

5. Streaming Platform Compliance

BingeCall is an independent product and is not affiliated with Netflix, YouTube, Amazon, Disney, or any other streaming service. You are responsible for complying with the terms of service of any streaming platform you use with BingeCall. BingeCall does not facilitate unauthorized access to streaming content — each participant must have their own valid subscription to the relevant platform.

6. Premium Subscription & Payments

Premium subscriptions are billed in Indian Rupees (INR) via Razorpay. By subscribing:

• ·Monthly plan: ₹149/month, billed monthly
• ·Annual plan: ₹999/year, billed annually
• ·Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled
• ·You may cancel at any time; access continues until the period end
• ·Refunds are issued at our discretion within 7 days of payment for technical issues

7. Free Tier Limitations

Free accounts receive 30 minutes of video chat per calendar week. Usage resets every Monday at 00:00 UTC. Text chat and sync features are unlimited on the free tier.

8. Intellectual Property

The BingeCall name, logo, website, and extension code are owned by BingeCall and protected by copyright law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or sell any part of the Service without our written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all streaming platforms. Streaming services may change their interfaces in ways that temporarily break BingeCall functionality.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BingeCall shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Maharashtra, India.
